Celebrating the band’s rich and colorful 40-year career, the Dreamstage event will include an exclusive, live Q&A with the band as they reveal untold stories about their time together, followed by the global premiere of Duran Duran & Alison Jackson in conversation: Double Take Documentary directed by Gerry Fox & Una Burnand. This half-hour film gives viewers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the artistry and hard work that went into making the band’s sensational upcoming music video for their latest single ANNIVERSARY. The video was directed by BAFTA-winning artist, photographer and filmmaker, Alison Jackson, whose widely published work explores the cult of celebrity, using highly-styled lookalikes and actors. A bootleg with songs recorded on MTV show on 17th November 1993, aired 2005 on VH1: Hungry like The Wolf, Ordinary World, Serious, Girls On Film, Rio, Planet Earth, Come Undone, Too Much Information.

This is a recording of Duran Duran's performance for the SkyArts Songbook, a TV programme broadcast in two parts. The show was an intimate live event, that showcased the band's musical catalogue and included a rare live performance of "Late Bar". There were only 150 tickets available for the event. The tickets could not be bought, and were be only obtained by winning them through DuranDuranMusic.com. As the performance was for TV there were strictly no cameras allowed and the audience were placed in front and back of Duran Duran on stage. This allowed the band to communicate with the audience on a personal level, with Roger Taylor turning this back on many occasions asking if everything is fine and if there were any wishes for songs to play. John Taylor also commented how intimate the show was.

In 1984, Duran Duran toured Canada and America. It was their first major tour as headliners in these two countries. Over 79 days, they travelled approximately 18,000 miles and played 51 shows in 43 cities to over 550,000 fans. The entire tour was filmed for this behind the scenes documentary which offers some fascinating and intriguing glimpses into the fun, glamour, agony, ecstasy and ultimate glory of three months on the road. The band is shown thriving on the pressures, psyching themselves up pre-stage and then delivering their all to a thunderous response. The production manager, tour manager, road crew are frequently caught fraught with last minute panics and touring nerves. Hoards of hysterical fans are seen chasing down and beating on the band's limo and with a camera placed inside the car it gives the viewer an insight into how loud and sinister that must have been. And in between all of this comes the great music.
